The French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement referred to below as ‘AFD’) welcomes you to the institutional site of Urban Projects Finance Initiative (referred to below as the ‘Site’), which presents the assignments and operation of the UPFI initiative.
The GTU govern your use of the Site and the services offered by AFD on the Site.
The AFD reserves the right to modify and/or update these GTU at any time without notice. We highly recommend verifying and re-reading the GTU regularly.
This Site was designed in French, English and Arabic.
The Site provides information on UPFI activities. This information is supplied in all relevant forms, particularly texts, data, images, photographs, etc. (referred to below as the ‘Content’).
You are responsible for the use you make of the Site. Consequently, the AFD cannot be held liable for damage of any kind that may result from the use of the Site and the services that are proposed on the Site or on Linked Sites.
All information and services provided on the Site are supplied for your convenience ‘as is’. The AFD cannot guarantee that the use of the Site will correspond to your requirements. Specifically, the AFD excludes any guarantee of quality, timeliness, exhaustiveness of translations, Content and services provided on the Site or on Linked Sites. The AFD holds all copyrights to the Site and the Services proposed.
