The French Development Agency (Agence Française de Développement referred to below as ‘AFD’) welcomes you to the institutional site of Urban Projects Finance Initiative (referred to below as the ‘Site’), which presents the assignments and operation of the UPFI initiative.

This Site was designed in French, English and Arabic.
The Site provides information on UPFI activities. This information is supplied in all relevant forms, particularly texts, data, images, photographs, etc. (referred to below as the ‘Content’).
The Site also proposes several services (newsletters, recent developments, publications, useful links…) as well as links to other sites or resources published by third parties (referred to below as ‘Linked Sites’). AFD draws your attention to these Linked Sites, which are indicated exclusively for your information and are in no way recommended or endorsed by the AFD. These Linked Sites are governed by their own general terms of use; it is up to you to read them when you access those sites.
You are responsible for the use you make of the Site. Consequently, the AFD cannot be held liable for damage of any kind that may result from the use of the Site and the services that are proposed on the Site or on Linked Sites.
All information and services provided on the Site are supplied for your convenience ‘as is’. The AFD cannot guarantee that the use of the Site will correspond to your requirements.
